AlNiCo Magnets

AlNiCo Magnets

AlNiCo magnets are made from an alloy of aluminum, nickel, and cobalt. AlNiCo magnets stand out for their excellent temperature stability, high coercive force and strong magnetic field. They can withstand elevated operating temperatures without significant loss of magnetic properties, making them ideal for applications that require magnets to withstand extreme temperature conditions. We are committed to providing high-quality AlNiCo magnets that are reliable, efficient, and cost-effective. AlNiCo magnets can be customized in different shapes and sizes to meet specific application requirements. Whether you need cylindrical, rectangular or horseshoe magnets, we have the perfect solution for your needs. At Honsen Magnetics, we prioritize quality and precision in the manufacturing process. Our AlNiCo magnets are rigorously tested and inspected to ensure they meet international standards. With our commitment to excellence, you can trust our magnets to deliver consistent and reliable performance, meeting the highest industry standards.
  • Alnico Shallow Pot Magnet with Countersunk Hole

Alnico Shallow Pot Magnet with Countersunk Hole

Alnico Shallow pot magnet with countersunk hole

    Alnico Shallow Pot Magnets Feature:
Cast Alnico5 shallow pot magnet offers high heat resistance and medium magnetic pull
Magnet has a center hole and a 45/90-degree bevel countersunk
    High resistance to corrosion
    Low resistance to de magnetizing
Magnet assembly includes a keeper to retain magnetic strength

Alnico magnets are composed of aluminum, nickel and cobalt, and they sometimes contain copper and/or titanium. They have a high magnetic strength and temperature stability, making them ideal for a variety of industrial and consumer applications.

Alnico magnets are available for sale in the form of a button (holding) with a hole through it or a horseshoe magnet. The holding magnet is good for retrieving items from tight spaces, and the horseshoe magnet is the universal symbol for magnets around the world and works in a variety of applications.

    Standard Size:0.437″Dia.x0.437″, 0.625″Dia.x 0.625″, 0.875″Dia.x 1.000″, 1.250″Dia.x 0.750″, 1.250″Dia.x 1.375″, 2.120″Dia.x2.060″
    Number of Poles: 2
Alnico Rotor Magnets are designed with multiple poles, each pole alternates in polarity. The hole in the rotor is designed for mounting on to shafts. They are excellent for use in synchronous motors, dynamos and air turbine generators.

    - Alnico rotor magnets are made with Alnico 5 material and have a maximum temperature of approximately 1000°F.
    - They are supplied un-magnetized unless otherwise requested. Magnetization after assembly is required to gain the full benefits of these magnets.
    - We provide a magnetization service for assemblies incorporating these magnets.
